Viracon announces sales leadership reorg

Mar. 15, 2010 – In response to the changing market and anticipated market opportunities, Viracon has announced reorganization of its sales leadership team.

Mar. 15, 2010 – In response to the changing market and anticipated market opportunities, Viracon has announced reorganization of its sales leadership team.
 
“Our sales team is Viracon’s front line in delivering the highest level of customer service to each of our clients,” says Brad Austin, senior vice president of Viracon.  “As we position ourselves to better respond to new market opportunities, we maintain our unwavering commitment to meeting and exceeding our clients expectations.”
 
Effective immediately, Seth Madole will assume the newly created role of Director of Customer Services.  In this role, Madole will be responsible for managing all activities of the sales funnel, from lead generation to sales estimating and project management for Viracon’s domestic and international business.  Prior to his new position, Madole served as a Viracon Inside Sales Manager.
 
Sandee Keane will assume the role of Inside Sales Manager.   For the past eight years,  Keane has worked in a variety of roles at Viracon, including Order Technician, Estimator, Six Sigma Black Belt and Epicor Core Team Member.  In her new role, Keane will be responsible for the Estimating team, working along side Denise Edel as Inside Sales Manager responsible for the Project Management team.
 
Jeff Minear is the new Field Sales Representative for Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Nebraska.  He replaces the retiring Dudley Otto.  Minear has been a member of the Viracon sales department for the past ten years.
 
Garret Henson will assume the expanded role of Director of Sales and will be responsible for all field sales representatives in the U.S.
 
Ron McCann will assume the new role of Director of Sales Initiatives responsible for Viracon’s window, interiors, point supported and security glass business.  In his role, McCann will have key account responsibility for certain accounts and will work with Henson and the field sales organization on product management and growth initiatives.  In addition, McCann will work closely with Viracon’s research and development and business development teams in evaluating new products and business opportunities.
 
Joe Effertz , Director of Sales, will focus on developing Viracon’s international sales channel.  He will work closely with Seth Madole and the international inside sales team to provide the highest level of customer service to this growing business segment.
