As a Kawneer employee for 31 years, Holcombe has held a variety of positions in sales and product management. Holcombe attended Southern Polytechnic State University and studied architectural engineering. He holds technical certifications from the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) as a Certified Document Technician and a New Product Development Professional certificate from the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA).
