The co-founders noted in their announcement that since they are no
longer involved in the daily operations of the company, this new
alignment allows for full-time representation in these two critically
important positions and will provide the leadership to ensure that
Argotec continues its record of steady growth far into the future.

Both Barnes and Wolkenbreit will remain on the board of
directors and stay involved in the company's long-term strategic
planning.

Argotec is a privately held manufacturer of high-performance
polyurethane optical interlayer films and edge protection products used
worldwide in the laminated glass industry.  The company also provides
TPU film and sheet to OEMs as well as plastics converters and
fabricators, textile laminators, and adhesive coaters serving the
international automotive, paint and surface protection, medical,
textile, graphics and specialty film markets.
