Not-to-code balcony construction leads to toddler’s death in London, Ont.

The London Free Press has posted several photos of a high-rise balcony from which a 22-month-old girl fell to her death this week. The gap left between the end of the guard and the wall appears to be much larger than the 10 centimeters allowed by the Ontario Building Code.
