Non-residential building slows

July 18, 2011 – Investment in non-residential building construction remained
at $11.2 billion in the second quarter, edging up 0.1 per cent from the first
quarter after growing 1.7 per cent on average in the five previous quarters.
Gains in commercial and industrial building construction were offset by a
