Durabuilt selects 360 Innovations

July 18, 2011 – 360 innovations has announced a new partnership to integrate and deploy CustomBuilt360’s front-end solution across the Durabuilt sales network to optimize sales productivity and alignment of their business processes.

Durabuilt Windows & Doors is one of western Canada's
largest privately held window and door manufacturers. Its windows and
doors are found in homes and
semi-commercial projects throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and
B.C.

“We are excited about the partnership with 360 Innovations and what it
will ultimately mean for our customers. Our mandate of the ultimate in quality extends throughout all levels of the organization,
and we know that the improvements 360 Innovations will make to our ERP
will support Durabuilt's position as one of Canada's premiere window and
door manufacturers,” said Harry Sunner, Durabuilt vice-president.

Durabuilt had identified a need for sales management software that had
flexibility and possessed integration ease. The company was looking for a
way to gain a controlling edge on its integration plan by not opting
for a full-blown integration, but one which provided a modular method
and included an integration support kit that was properly documented to
support their plans. Durabuilt was placed in the driver’s seat to
control schedule and costs while 360 innovations provided support,
hands-on training and a project management team to assist with
methodology and best practices.

“We selected 360’s solution due to its extremely flexible configuration
architecture and its unique capability to align with our existing
software,” said Barry Hicks, Durabuilt's IT director.
“360 has taken the time to understand our needs and has provided us
with all the support we need to quickly develop and integrate this
solution”.

“Sales and marketing management are converging more than ever," said
Emmanuel Perdikis, 360's vice-president of marketing.
"Customers have long told us they need to be able to order through
software that aligns with the back-end, respects constraints and reduces
lead times. As we grow our offerings and awareness out towards the
western regions of Canada and the U.S., we are encountering customers and
prospects that have experienced other less flexible solutions that use
outdated technology that is not able to keep up with the demands of
management. Demands are high for software that is easy to integrate,
aligns quoting and orders to speed lead times and provides analytical
overviews of why close rates are slow or not flowing as they should.
With the expansion and growth of the CustomBuilt360 system, we are
evolving our offerings even more to meet this need, and this
contract win demonstrates that the flexibility of our offerings and the
expansion of our product base are delivering results."

“We are very proud to add yet another partner that appreciates the value
of our solutions. Our software, along with the integration tools that
we provide to customers interested in performing their own integration
show the factors that determine the results and prove that deadlines can
be respected. We place an enormous amount of value on our customer
demands and we continue to invest and evolve the tools necessary for our
clients to achieve their own integration with success. We are
constantly advancing our solutions and growing our awareness by
investing millions per year into R&D, reputation, loyalty and
respect for all our clients,” said Stephane Mondoux, president and CEO of 360
innovations.
