New sales, technical contacts at Saand
Saand has announced three personnel moves in its organization. The Toronto-based fabricator ships glass across North America from five production facilities.
Zarella Gho is now customer service manager at Saand’s Toronto facility. Gho has over 15 years’ experience leading customer service teams with more than half of it providing customer service support in manufacturing settings. Gho will be responsible for providing direction and support to the customer service team to ensure a high-quality customer experience by developing strong systems and processes, team development and training, service excellence and problem resolution.
Tim Gray has been introduced as sales representative at the London, Ont., facility. Gray is a seasoned sales professional who has extensive experience in manufacturing and distribution. He will be responsible for maintaining Saand’s current customer base and ensuring that the company delivers excellent customer service while maximizing growth in new existing markets.
Marcos Chiarelli is now process quality technician at Saand’s Ottawa facility. Chiarelli is a certified quality engineer technician and inspector with over 30 years’ experience. Chiarelli will be responsible for supporting and building a customer-focused quality culture by developing strong systems and processes to improve quality products and lead times.
