May 10, 2010 – The Ontario Glass and Metal Association (OGMA) wants to
notify all glass and glazing companies in the province that the Ontario
version of the Glazing Systems Specifications Manual of Standards and
Practices is now available for purchase.

This all encompassing document is a vaulable reference tool for all
companies in the industry. For more information and to order yours, please visit the association website at www.ogma.ca.

OGMA held its opening event of the year at Woodbine Race Track in Toronto on April 28th. Those who attended had a great meal and had a chance to catch up with others in the glass industry. Unfortunately, nobody that attended will be retiring any time soon with the money they made betting on the ponies.

The board is pleased to welcome three new directors to the OGMA committee this year. We’re looking forward to the energy that will be added by Steve Ringler from Oakville Glass, Angelo Cairo from Stouffville Glass, and Greg Parkin from Burlington Glass.
