Nov. 4, 2013 – Several firms have been named in a lawsuit alleging
negligent work in the construction of a Halifax condominium building.
The suit, filed in Nova Scotia Supreme Court Oct. 30, lists Westwood
Developments, Kassner Goodspeed Architects, Alumitech Architectural
Glass & Metal, and Lux Residential Warranty Program as the
responsible parties related to “ongoing” issues at Wellington Court at
2677 Gladstone St.
