Unicel Architectural acquires assets of IC2 Technologies

Sept. 20, 2018 – Unicel Architectural has announced that it has acquired all the assets of IC2 Technologies Inc. based in Portneuf, QC. Specialized in the fabrication of high energy-efficiency timber curtain walls, IC2 is an industry leader in the construction of passive houses and carbon-neutral buildings. The acquisition accelerates Unicel’s plans to grow its target market by extending the scope of its sustainable building envelope offerings and capabilities.
