Lee Baker of Tremco, Top Glass Gold Sponsor, said "I think we have an
excellent niche market here and the guys that are here are really the
leaders in the industry. The future is excellent. It has been half and
day and we have already accomplished everything we set out to do."

"It's been a long time coming," said Steve Ringler of Oakville Glass and Mirror, president of the Ontario Glass and Metal Association. "The keynote speaker was really interesting talking about apprentices and skilled workers and the shortages we are going to have in the trades."

Peter Bowden of Alumicor, one of Top Glass' Silver Sponsors, said, "I had a dealer that came in all the way from Ottawa, so that was fantastic. And we've seen some architects and consultants, too. It has been very rewarding for us."

Notable on the show floor was a new thermally broken frame system from Alumicor, a specialized glass-handling machine from A.E. Sales and a remote-operated mini-crane from Strongco.

Top Glass will return to the International Centre in the spring of 2015.
