Del Toro has more than five years of experience in sales, marketing, eBusiness
strategy, business development and recruiting in a variety of industries. She
studied marketing at the American Intercontinental University in Weston, FL,
and business administration at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. Valerie
also has a speech and debate certification from Florida Forensic Institute in
Davie, FL, where she was a national debate team champion
in the renowned Lincoln Douglas competition.

Del Toro will be responsible for communications with clients, prospects and
general inquiries as well as act as an internal marketing consultant.

“Valerie has brought incredible energy to our Business Development team,” says
Paul E. Beers, CEO and managing member of GCI Consultants. “We’re empowering
her to build awareness for GCI via social media and other traditional marketing
methods.”

Through her past work and successes, Del Toro understands how marketing can
have a direct impact on a company’s revenue stream. Prior to coming to GCI, she
gained valuable experience at Customer Motivators as a senior manager of business
development. Before that she worked in varying capacities at BeyondROI, LLC,
such as an eBusiness strategist and recruiter. She was also an independent
sales rep for Ramada Plaza Resorts.

Valerie’s advice for any business:  “If you want to have exponential
growth, you can’t limit yourself to outbound marketing efforts. You need good
marketing cross channel techniques to get people to find your business — to
create inbound business.”
