Nov. 29, 2010 – The recent Win-door show in Toronto was the 51st North American tradeshow for Windowmaker.  Windowmaker showcased new product offerings for every size and type of window and door company, but for the largest manufacturers, the focus was on Windowmaker ERP for Microsoft Dynamics AX.  The company claims that Windowmaker ERP is the only solution to offer an “iBob” (integrated Best of breed) approach.

“It combines the best of Windowmaker functionality with the best from Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX. For the window manufacturer it simply means, no more complications of running two separate IT systems,” explained Goronwy Jones, managing director of Windowmaker.
During Win-Door, Windowmaker also announced co-operation with Pro-Line Automation Systems Ltd, a North American machinery supplier. Windowmaker Production Tracking is supported at both Proline Saws and Welders.

Rima Singh, operations director of Windowmaker said, “The customer benefits as they have integrated barcode tracking throughout. “

Windowmaker says that Win-Door in Toronto has always been very relevant for the company, as it brings some of the biggest fabricators and machine manufacturers together.

Diane Huybers, business development manager of Windowmaker said, “We achieved the same number of leads as at GlassBuild 2010 in Las Vegas, and of better quality, as Win-door is attended by a more targeted group of window/door manufacturers.”
