exhibitors and visitors attending Win-door 2012. Please deal directly
with the hotel of your choice and be sure to mention you are attending
the Win-door show when making reservations. Call before October 11 to
receive special show rates. Win-door North America has reserved room
blocks at the following downtown Toronto area properties that are close
to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
Preferred room rates have been negotiated for the duration of the
convention, however, these rates apply to a certain number of rooms only
and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations
received after this date will be accepted on a space available basis at
the hotel’s published rate.
Please note there may be companies soliciting our participants by
offering to book their hotel rooms for Win-door. Win-door has no
knowledge of, or arrangement with, any external organizations and we
recommend you book directly with the hotels. Companies who have
contacted our participants in the past are:
• Convention Housing Services (CHS)
• Convention Expo Travel/Canadian Expo Guide
• Global Housing Management (GHM Travel)
Please reserve directly with the hotel of your choice as soon as
possible once reservations open. It is very important to remember that
many of these hotels sell out well before the show and may not have any
rooms available. Don’t be disappointed. Reserve your accommodations
early!
