Young Executives Panel
LIVE SESSION
Speakers: Nathalie Thibault, Mike Bruno, Andrew Dolphin, Peter Dushenski
It’s your chance to join the conversation with some of the brightest stars in Canada’s architectural glazing sky. The Top Glass Young Executives forum will prime the pump with a panel discussion of some of the top issues facing our industry today, with perspectives from four executives who represent our leadership of the future. Then it’s your chance to chime in with questions and arguments in a townhall-style forum. Let’s get some conversation going!
Nathalie Thibault
Nathalie Thibault is technical director of Canadian affairs for the Fenestration and Industry Glazing Alliance. Her background includes 15 years at a major Quebec glass fabricator with roles in project, supply chain, IT and sales management. Nathalie has dedicated significant time to industry associations, including the Quebec glass association, AVFQ; the Glass Association of North America, where she served on the Board of Directors from 2011 to 2015; and president of the Insulating Glass Manufacturers’ Alliance from 2017 to 2020. Nathalie also owns a sports brewery restaurant with her father. She lives in Rivière-du-Loup, Que., and has a degree in management from Concordia University and participated in an exchange program with Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. In her “spare time,” she is pursuing an MBA in strategy and innovation at Laval University.

Mike Bruno is the second-generation president of Alumitex Window and Doors, a Toronto-based commercial fenestration fabricator serving the GTA and southern Ontario for over 50 years. Mike started in the business playing with his toys on the floor of his father’s shop and his passion for the business has only grown over the years. Today, he is the vice-president of Fenestration Canada and has expanded into residential vinyl and hybrid vinyl/aluminum windows and luxury wood doors, shipping product across the country and opening a second location in Thunder Bay.

Andrew Dolphin is general manager of glass operations at BV Glazing, where he manages glass quoting, production and purchasing of all glass product. He brings a wealth of operations and manufacturing knowledge from his 17 years in the business at Trulite and Sherwood before that.
