Young Executives Panel

LIVE SESSION

Speakers: Nathalie Thibault, Mike Bruno, Andrew Dolphin, Peter Dushenski

It’s your chance to join the conversation with some of the brightest stars in Canada’s architectural glazing sky. The Top Glass Young Executives forum will prime the pump with a panel discussion of some of the top issues facing our industry today, with perspectives from four executives who represent our leadership of the future. Then it’s your chance to chime in with questions and arguments in a townhall-style forum. Let’s get some conversation going!

Nathalie Thibault is technical director of Canadian affairs for the Fenestration and Industry Glazing Alliance. Her background includes 15 years at a major Quebec glass fabricator with roles in project, supply chain, IT and sales management. Mike started in the business playing with his toys on the floor of his father’s shop and his passion for the business has only grown over the years. Today, he is the vice-president of Fenestration Canada and has expanded into residential vinyl and hybrid vinyl/aluminum windows and luxury wood doors, shipping product across the country and opening a second location in Thunder Bay.

Andrew Dolphin

He brings a wealth of operations and manufacturing knowledge from his 17 years in the business at Trulite and Sherwood before that. Andrew is one of the industry’s “team players,” having served on the Ontario Glass and Metal Association board for the last five years and as president in 2019.

Peter Dushenski
Peter Dushenski is the managing director of GlasCurtain, a 100-per cent Canadian-owned and operated curtain wall manufacturer that specializes in fibreglass-framed systems. Peter joined the company in 2013 just before the commercial product launch at Greenbuild 2013 in Philadelphia.
