U.S. Commerce Department rules imported curtain wall subject to tariff

Dec. 4, 2012 – The U.S. Department of Commerce has ruled that unitized Chinese
curtainwall is subject to a tariff. The decision came Friday regarding
the Antidumping Duty (AD) and Countervailing Duty (CCVD) Orders
on Curtain Wall Units and Other Parts of a Curtain Wall Systems
