Speakers announced for Edmonton Glass Connections

Oct. 26, 2011 – The Canadian Glass Association has announced the speakers and topics for Glass Connections Edmonton, scheduled for Oct. 27 at the Delta Edmonton South. Glass Connections is a traveling seminar series and table-top expo put on by the CGA for its membership in different regions across the country.

The topics and speakers will include: "Considerations for the Condensation
Resistance of Fenestration Assemblies" by Joe Erb, commercial market manager for Edgetech IG, "Eliminating the Potential for Air and Moisture
Infiltration at the Window-Wall Interface" by Peter Poirier of Tremco's Global
Sealants Division, "Structural Glass: Design Philosophy and Practical
Applications" by Simon Brown and John Kooymans of Read Jones
Christofferson, "Architectural Glass:  Let's Talk About The Near Term
and What's on the Horizon for Cold Climate Glazing" by Bill Coady of Guardian Industries, and "Sustainable Buildings and the role
of Glass" by Matt Grace, western Canada division Head for Enermodal
Engineering.
