April 9, 2013 – With just a little over five months until Auto Glass Week begins, organizers are encouraging auto glass professionals to book their trips and secure their spots. Auto Glass Week will be held September 18 to 20 at the Tampa Convention Center and the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina in Tampa, Fla. The Exhibition/Extravaganza will once again host industry suppliers as well as the annual repair and replacement competitions.

the time to book your trip and secure your spot!
Auto Glass Week will
be held September
18-20 at the Tampa Convention Center and the Tampa Marriott
Waterside Hotel and Marina in Tampa, Fla. The
Exhibition/Extravaganza will once again host industry suppliers as well as the
annual repair and replacement competitions.
Interested attendees can register online
today for an early bird discounted price of $179 and save $30
per person. The early bird attendee discount ends May 31, 2013. Attendee
registration includes access to all seminars, workshops, social events and
admittance to Auto Glass
Week Exhibition/Extravaganza.
If you are a technician and interested in competing, registration is also open
for AGRR
magazine's Auto Glass
Technician Olympics and the Walt Gorman
Memorial Windshield Repair Olympics. The competitors will
compete over three days for the title of "World's Best Auto Glass Technician" and
"World's Best Windshield Repair Technician" at the Tampa Convention
Center. The champion of each event will be crowned at the Gala Awards Reception
and Ceremony on Friday, September 20.
Competition slots are limited, so be sure to reserve your place soon if you are
interested in competing at Auto Glass
Week.
The International
Window Film Conference and Tint-Off also will be held
concurrently, where window film technicians will also compete to win
prestigious titles.
The host hotel, the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina, will be offering
IWFC guests a discounted room rate of $129 USD per night, plus tax for a single
room, double occupancy. Rates are available on a first-come, first-served
basis.
