ICE Duties slapped on Chinese curtain wall imports
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has found that unitized curtain wall modules exported from China "threaten to cause injury" to the Canadian curtain wall manufacturing industry, triggering steep anti-dumping and countervailing duties on Chinese curtain wall entering the country. The decision makes permanent the provisional duties applied by the Canadian Border Service Agency in July.

Amy Jeffery joins Wood's
Wood’s Powr-Grip has announced the addition of a new technical sales representative in its Laurel, Mont., home office. Amy Jeffery comes to Powr-Grip with a strong background in sales and customer service. A Montana native, Amy grew up at the foot of the Absaroka-Beartooth Mountains and graduated from Montana State University–Billings with a degree in math and elementary education. Most recently, Amy was employed in sales management, where she directed the efforts of nearly 700 workers in Eastern Montana and Northeast Wyoming.

Gerald Hendrick takes over U.S. Aluminum for CRL
C.R. Laurence has announced the appointment of Gerald Hendrick as president of its U.S. Aluminum Division. With 30 years of industry experience, Hendrick will support the continued growth of the CRL-U.S. Aluminum brand. Hendrick has held senior management positions with Assa Abloy, and most recently, Dorma USA, where he acted as president of the entrance systems division and previously senior vice-president of sales. He comes to C.R. Laurence with diverse experience and mastery in organizational management, operations, production, sales, and strategy development. He brings a fresh perspective on the glazing industry from his 10 years’ experience as executive vice-president of Atlanta Door Controls, a regional glazing contractor.

Wausau New faces at Wausau
Wausau Window and Wall Systems has announced three personnel moves. Kevin Sarr has been named as architectural sales representative serving southern Quebec and southern Ontario, upstate New York, Connecticut, western Massachusetts and Vermont. Dave Stevens is the new Custom Window by Wausau product manager, based in Englewood, Colo. And Russell Williams, who previously served the New England region, returns to the Rocky Mountain region. All three will work closely with building owners, architects, general contractors and glazing contractors to meet their commercial and institutional building needs.
