Trade Tribunal ends investigation into Chinese wall module dumping
The federal International Trade Tribunal has issued a Notice of Termination of Investigation announcing the end of its investigation into dumping of unitized curtain wall modules by Chinese exporters. In the notice, the Tribunal said, "The evidence does not disclose a reasonable indication that the dumping and subsidizing of the subject goods have caused injury or retardation or are threatening to cause injury."
