Apr. 28, 2010 – Unicel Architectural has announced the global availability of the latest version of its patented louvered glazing solution – Vision Control Mini.

Leveraging the success of the original Vision Control, the Mini features a 1” insulated airspace that the company says is ideal for sliding doors and other interior door applications.

“Vision Control Mini is unmatched in the industry,” said Jean-Francois Couturier, CEO of Unicel Architectural. “Not only does it deliver optimal vision control, its thinner size makes it easier to install and ideal for any interior door application. Architects, particularly those who focus on healthcare and institutional environments, are
looking for maintenance-free vision control solutions that will ensure privacy and hygiene. Vision Control Mini is designed to deliver on these exacting HIPAA design requirements.”

Vision Control Mini is a patented, hermetically sealed glass unit combining louvers within glass that can be customized for virtually any interior door application. Its advanced technology eliminates strings, ensures alignment and requires no maintenance.

“Unicel’s mission is to deliver integral louvered glazing solutions of outstanding quality that will stand the test of time and pay for themselves,” continued Couturier. “We understand that today’s construction demands comfort and performance as well as aesthetics. Vision Control Mini provides an attractive solution for any size or shape and eliminates the need for cumbersome shades, blinds or curtains.”
