September 27, 2017  By Intermac

Sept. 27, 2017 – Intermac enjoyed a tremendous show at GlassBuild 2017 from Sept. 12-14 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, showcasing the latest version of the Master Series CNC work centers and both Genius RS-A and Genius CT-Red Cutting Table at Booth 2837. Among the exciting enhancements displayed for the NEW Master Series: greater tool change capacity offering up to 53 tool change positions (3-, 4- and 5-axis options) along with new safety door design and user friendly Windows 7 compatible software. Attendees had the chance to see the Master 33.3 in action as we drilled, cut and profiled glass samples.

The Genius RS-A delivers extremely quick acceleration rates for more throughput. Intermac’s Genius range of cutting tables delivers precision, speed and high quality at an affordable price. Our entry level machines come standard with features normally only found on high-end machines: Windows Based Software for ease of use and interface to facility software; GCR – Low-E coating removal system (optional); Loading Tilt System for loa-ding heavy glass.

The Genius CT-Red at GlassBuild had an automatic label printer and deposition system to automate the placing of plastic labels on glass. The plastic label and accompanying ink will withstand all water based processes such as inline edging and washing. The Genius CT-Red is a high-performance solution able to handle persona-lized machining operations and interface with pre- and post-cut automation systems. Featuring software that is pioneering in terms of its easy use and performance, the Genius CT-Red also comes equipped with a patented tool-holder magazine and top quality components.
