INT Machinery announces distribution agreement with Schirmer Machinen GmbH

INT Machinery Inc. is proud to announce an exclusive distribution agreement with Schirmer Machinen GmbH.

Schirmer Machinen GmbH, based in Verl Germany, is a premium manufacturer of aluminum profile cutting and processing centers that has no equals when it comes to flexibility and productivity.

Unlike the others, Schirmer has an innovative concept where the profile clamping and guiding is done by servo driven elements. This enables the machine to process virtually any profile without the need of clamping and guiding fixtures, thus increases productivity. Also, the way the profile clamping is designed eliminate vibrations allowing to maximize the milling speed resulting in burr free edges and higher output.

Moreover, Schirmer modular system allows an unparalleled customization of the lines based on the customer’s production target. This modular design allows a split of the the milling process in different steps achieving an unbeatable productivity.

Being owned by Beckhoff Automation, Schirmer is always ahead of the competition having the opportunity to get the latest state-of-the-art automation solutions for aluminum extrusion cutting and processing lines.

INT Machinery will represent Schirmer in Canada and will provide local Service support on their lines.
