Guardian Industries names longtime executives as new leadership

April 7, 2009 – A newly elected board of directors composed of longtime executives will take the helm at Guardian Industries Corp.

A newly elected board of directors composed of longtime executives will take the helm at Guardian Industries Corp. following the March 13 death of Bill Davidson, the Auburn Hills glass-maker’s chairman, CEO and owner.

The
board will be led by Russell Ebeid, president of Guardian Glass Group,
as chairman. Also elected were Duane Faulkner, president of Guardian
Building Products Group, Robert Gorlin, vice president of Guardian
Industries, Guardian Industries CFO Jeffrey Knight and Peter Walters,
