announce that Pilkington North America, a manufacturer of glass and

"Pilkington has been a sponsor of Auto Glass Week since its inception," says sales director Holly Biller, "and we're thrilled the company has decided to return to our top level as a Platinum Sponsor."

When asked why an event like Auto Glass Week is important to the automotive glass industry, Jon Sheets, marketing specialist – AGR at Pilkington North America, explained that "Auto Glass Week brings the industry together, from technicians to customer service representatives to manufactures—it's truly an industry event. New products, trends, and the opportunity to have face-to-face customer meetings, are all found at Auto Glass Week."

Pilkington North America chose to once again sponsor Auto Glass Week 2014, because it "has always been a great event, providing a platform for installers to get a firsthand view of what makes NSG products different than generic glass parts and how this gives them a Clear Advantage in the retail market. As an auto glass leader, we really enjoy taking part," Sheets stated.

The annual event, managed by AGRR™ magazine and co-sponsored by the magazine, Auto Glass Safety Council, Independent Glass Association, National Glass Association and National Windshield Repair Association, draws more than 1,000 attendees, featuring top industry players on the show floor each year. AGW will be held in Baltimore at the Baltimore Convention Center and Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel.
