Sept. 9, 2010 – C.R. Laurence Co., Inc. (CRL) has announced the acquisition of Denver-based Master Manufacturers, Inc., a well known manufacturing company supplying the architectural hardware market.
In announcing the acquisition, Donald E. Friese, CEO, remarked, “We are proud to have the team at Master Manufacturers join the CRL family of companies. Master Manufacturers has supplied the industry with such products as architectural hardware, door and window hardware, thresholds, kick plates, strike plates, and specialty signs.
