Complete BIM library now available from Modernfold

BIM provides multiple advantages to architects, interior designers, general contractors, building owners, estimators and others in the design and building trades.

BIM models have grown rapidly in popularity during the last few years, reflecting their great usefulness as a tool for design and construction drafting. The models enable rapid, complete development of three-dimensional drawings that include all building elements: structural steel, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, external structure, accessories and more.

BIM modeling also provides photorealistic rendering, digital mockups, a correct and complete digital design record on every project, automatic interference checking, and many other advantages.

Modernfold’s Revit family models, prepared and available in Autodesk Seek, are ready for immediate integration with any Autodesk BIM models.

The Revit family is capable of generating three-dimensional models of Modernfold operable partitions and defining the spaces needed to install them, including track and pocket doors. It’s also useful in updating 3-D models based on floor plan changes, accepting custom finishes with photo realistic surface rendering, and facilitating the architectural design process generally.
