Cody becomes CEO of Consolidated Glass Holdings

codyApril 11, 2013 — Grey Mountain Partners has announced that Paul Cody has been named president and CEO of Consolidated Glass Holdings. Cody brings with him a 30-year track record of successfully managing and growing businesses. He was most recently senior vice-president and general manager of the Power Distribution division, a business of the Electrical Sector of Eaton Corporation.

record of successfully managing and growing businesses.

Cody was most recently senior vice-president and general manager of the
Power Distribution division, a business of the Electrical Sector of Eaton
Corporation. The Power Distribution division designs and manufactures
electrical power distribution and control assemblies and systems. Prior to this
assignment, he led the Eaton Electrical Service and Systems division as vice-president
and general manager. The Service and Systems division provides engineering,
project management, maintenance, energy, and aftermarket life extension
services to a broad range of markets and customers globally.

During his 15-year career at Eaton, Cody successfully grew businesses from
the ground up, built exemplary leadership teams, and achieved superior business
results, as evidenced by Eaton’s recognition of the Electrical Service and
Systems division with the 2010 Eaton Business Excellence award. He started
his career as a field service engineer at Westinghouse Electric Corporation in
the Engineering Service organization and was promoted to various management
positions of increasing responsibility throughout his career there. Cody joined
Eaton in 1998.
