Boyd Group founder handing over the reins

Jan. 13, 2010 – One year after a devastating accident that left Terry Smith
hospitalized for almost six months, the founder and CEO of the Boyd
Group Income Fund is stepping down to become executive chairman of the
collision repair company.Brock Bulbuck, Smith's longtime business
partner and second in command at the Winnipeg company, takes over as
CEO.
