Bachmann’s father, Andrew G. Bachmann, founded Dymax in 1980,
growing the company from an invention he developed in a basement
laboratory into a global supplier of structural adhesives, coatings,
encapsulants, and light-curing systems widely used in assembly
applications. Thirty years later, the products manufactured by Dymax
continue to provide design engineers with tools to dramatically improve
manufacturing efficiency and lower their costs.
