Most organizations operate at 50% of their intelligence capacity or less, and experience lower than 35% engagement with employees. Observations show that leaders are 1 of 2 types: Leadership Multipliers (leaders who attract great people and empower them) or Empire Builders (surround themselves with talent that makes them look good but doesn’t empower their people and operate at low efficiency). The next level of IGMA's program will expand upon the program launched last year to help attendees learn to manage properly and become a leadership multiplier.

“Some say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. Frankly, the statement is not true when it comes to this leadership training. Our company had several participants involved in the training and everyone came away with a better understanding of themselves and how to relate to others. Because Oak has been in leadership positions in the industry it is easy for him to relate to stories you can see in your own plant. He talks about his own shortcomings back then as well as how he has changed his actions in his world today. The ability to miss a session but review it later was also a big plus in the program. “My appreciation of the program was, first and foremost, getting a better understanding of who I am and how I interact with others with the DISC profile test.
