Nov. 30, 2009 – Arch Aluminum and Glass International Inc. has reportedly filed for voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy, with the Southern District of Florida U.S. Bankruptcy Court, as of Nov. 25. The filing does not include Trulite, or the company's Canadian holdings.

Arch Aluminum and Glass International was founded in 1978 and is based out of Tamalac, Fla. Court documents list the fabricator's assets at $0-$100,000, with $100MM-$500MM in liabilities.
