Patrick Flannery Win-door offers chance to win a Kobo
Written by Patrick Flannery
kobo_smallOct. 13, 2011 - Win-door North America, taking place Nov. 15 to 17 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in downtown Toronto, has launched a promotion to drive attendee registration. All registered attendees will be entered to win one of three Kobo E-Readers.

Kobo E-Readers are lightweight LCD displays small enough to fit in a pocket. They can hold up to 30,000 books. They come preloaded with 15 books, and more can be downloaded from Kobo's online store, which has over a million free titles. The reader also support online borrowing from public libraries.

"We looked at Ipads, but I really felt that the Kobo was more convenient for traveling," Pat Shields, Win-door show organizer, says. "A lot of our attendees fly a great deal, and the Kobo is easy to take through security and perfect for reading at the gate or on the plane."

All attendees are entered to win, regardless of when they registered.
