New look for Sika

June 2011 – SikaTack-Drive New Formulation is now available in brand-new packaging, with an updated name. In recognition of its years of successful service it is now known simply as SikaTack-Drive.

SikaTack-Drive retains all of its former characteristics and properties, but now features an SDAT of two hours with airbags and seatbelts.  It offers primer-less adhesion, an all-in-one modulus, and very impressive application properties: very short cut-off string, tight, stable bead and an open time of 15 minutes.

Furthermore, the adhesive is easy to extrude using manual guns, both from cartridges and sausage-packs.
This primer-less system means there are fewer application steps and fewer opportunities for errors -- an important issue in creating a safe auto glass replacement system. This also means reduced inventory issues, and resulting time- and cost-savings.
