Jan. 5, 2010 – Edgetech I.G. has announced that Bruce Hodges has been appointed to Quality Engineer at the company’s Cambridge, Ohio, facility. Hodges brings more than 22 years of related experience to his new role, most recently as manufacturing engineering manager for Visteon Corporation.
“We’re excited to have Bruce on board,” said Vince Warne, director of quality assurance for Edgetech I.G. “His experience will be a great asset to Edgetech as we continue to set the standard for product quality and consistency in the fenestration industry.”
Hodges is a Six Sigma green belt and holds a Bachelor of Science in welding engineering and Master of Science in engineering management. He spent 22 years with multiple manufacturing companies in various roles related to project management, process engineering and operations management.
“Edgetech is a solid company with an outstanding reputation for quality,” Hodges said. “I look forward to being part of the team and assisting with the company’s continuous improvement initiatives.”
Hodges officially joined Edgetech October 1. He resides in Cambridge, Ohio, with his wife Anna and four children.
