Grenzebach Corporation has appointed two new vice presidents, Gerry Fischer as vice president - general counsel and Xaver Hake as vice president of technical operations. Fischer is a licensed attorney registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office having a Juris Doctorate, an MBA and an engineering degree.
In addition to the practice of law and teaching as an adjunct university professor, he brings more than 17 years of experience in engineering and management. Hake has extensive technical and consulting experience in manufacturing, logistics and operations. He has both international and domestic degrees in mechanical and industrial engineering as well as previous experience as director of operations.
Grenzebach Corporation, with its German based parent company, is a global manufacturer of production equipment for the flat glass and construction materials has recently celebrated its 20th anniversary at its US location.
