Upfitters joins The Glass Racking Company's sales and service network Aug. 20, 2010 – The Glass Racking Company has announced that B.C. Upfitters is now able to offer sales and service on Glass Racking Company's line of glass handling solutions. Glass Racking Company manufactures a number of different solutions, from glass truck racks to factory glass trolleys. Registration for International Auto Glass Safety Conference now open Aug. 20, 2010 – Registration for the sixth annual International Auto Glass Safety Conference is now open. Jeld-Wen founder passes away at age 79  August 17, 2010 – Jeld-Wen founder Richard (Dick) Wendt passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2010 from complications arising after a stroke. He founded the international window and door company in 1970 and expanded its North American operations in 1996. The company currently employs over 1,200 Canadians with manufacturing plants across the country.Edgetech I.G. adds Gasglass and Spyglass servicing capabilities Aug. 9, 2010 – Edgetech I.G. announced that it has expanded its capabilities to service Gasglass argon gas detectors and Spyglass glass analyzers.
