Jan. 13, 2010 – C.R. Laurence (CRL) has announced the acquisition of Tajima Corporation USA (Tajima). Based in Los Angeles, Tajima, a well-known firm in the architectural metals industry, has been supplying design, engineering, and manufacturing services to this industry for over 20 years.
Boyd Group founder handing over the reins
