Xinyi found in violation of Saint-Gobain patents
Nov. 12, 2009, Akron, Oh. – A jury in a case heard before the United States District Court in Akron on Tuesday rendered a verdict that Xinyi Glass North America and Xinyi Glass Holding Ltd willfully infringed  two windshield extrusion patents held by Saint-Gobain Sekurit and Saint-Gobain Autover USA, subsidiaries of Saint-Gobain.
