June 24, 2015 – – Greco Aluminum Railings has been selected by The Beck Group to design and supply over 4,000 lineal feet of glass railings for the “Eviva of Cherokee”, an 18-story apartment tower in Denver, Co.

The project will be one of Denver’s first high-rise residential towers to meet the sustainability status of a LEED Gold certification. In addition to a focus on sustainable design, the units will have floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies with glass railings to take advantage of the picturesque view or the Rocky Mountains and Denver skyline.

Denver-based Charter Realty Group and Atlanta-based Integral Investment Management hired The Beck Group to design and build the 18-story apartment tower. Beck Architecture, LLC is the architect of record. The project celebrates the rapidly growing Golden Triangle district in downtown Denver. Metro Fence Co. will be installing the custom glass railings designed and fabricated by Greco Aluminum Railings.

“Our glass railing design for this project became an integral part of the overall tower design to insure there were no obstructive views” says Jim Ellsworth, President of Greco Aluminum Railings USA, Inc. “This is a landmark building in Denver, we are excited to part of this project and supporting the LEED design process.”
